
Shipping & Collection
Packages are usually processed 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and then shipped if the goods are in stock. The goods are shipped with the shipping service provider Overnite / DHL with order tracking option and delivery with signature.
You will automatically receive a link to tracking regardless of which delivery method you choose.
You can also track your order status at any time in your customer account.
Shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage. Loading charges are fixed, whereas transportation charges vary, depending on the total weight,quantity of the package(s) and their contents (dangerous goods).
Your package will always be handled with special care during delivery.
Alternatively, you can make an appointment in the checkout to pick up your order at one of our stores.

We offer our customers free returns that you can generate yourself in our store within 14 days (ammunition excluded).
You can create and print the return label yourself in the customer area.
To do this, you only need to call the existing and delivered order (within 14 days after shipment) and select the return. In addition to the label, please print out the return slip and enclose it with the shipment.
You can track the return in your customer account.
If you do not specify a return method, the amount will be credited to your customer account. You can see this in the area "Credits".
Appointment or alternative delivery
Likewise, you can book with us appointment deliveries for their orders, you can do this directly when ordering in the checkout.
Other possibilities would be: Delivery to a packing station or a post office. You can also select this directly when ordering, but we ask you to note that if you select a delivery to a post office or a packing station you need a contribution number.
The contribution number is a kind of customer number for the post office, so that the orders can be delivered there. You can obtain this directly from your post office.
You can check the stock status of our products with us before you order. Delivery of products in stock will be made within 7 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of a mail order purchase.
